Danny Ayalon, former Israeli ambassador to Washington, referred in an interview with Galei Tzahal to the speech of US President Joe Biden.
"I saw yesterday a very indecisive president who wants the US to be left alone, all he thinks about is the mid-November elections. He understands that the American public does not want to intervene, he turns his back on the international community - and that is the result," Ayalon said.
