The Magistrate's Court in Petah Tikva sentenced 29-year-old Tel Aviv resident to 10 months in prison, after he was convicted of negligently causing the death of a 13-year-old boy who drowned in a pool in the city of Petah Tikva where the defendant served as a lifeguard.
