The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court recently ordered the release under restrictive conditions of all detainees who were attacked in the village of Huwara, except for a minor in whose case a prosecutor's statement was submitted.
At the hearing, all the detainees were represented by Adv. Nati Rom and Adv. Adi Kedar of the Honenu organization.
Last week, in a wide-ranging night operation, police detectives arrested 19 Jewish boys and young men.The detainees were questioned on suspicion that when they passed through the village of Huwara in Samaria, in a convoy on the occasion of their friend's release from prison, in response to stone-throwing by the Arab villagers they reacted and attacked the villagers in response and damaged property.
