MK Yulia Malinovsky (Yisrael Beiteinu) commented on the approval of the conversion reform by the Ministerial Committee for Legislation.
"We promised something and we are keeping our word. We will promote the conversion law and pass it in the end because we are committed to doing so. I am open to dialogue with everyone, but only with the understanding that the conversions will be carried out by municipal rabbis and that their decision will be final and unchangeable by other parties," she said.
