An indictment was filed against a Tayibe resident for 25 counts of severe abuse of animals, both dogs and protected wildlife.
Police are investigating a suspicion of cruel animal abuse by a 25-year-old city resident, including mutilating animals including amputating organs and setting dogs on wildlife until they are killed.
