A patient hospitalized in the psychiatric ward at Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer left a few days ago for 'some air" from the hospital with the approval of the ward and according to the strict and accepted procedures and was found dead several hours later in the hospital grounds.
"The incident was reported to the Ministry of Health and to all relevant parties, as required. We are investigating the details of the case. Conclusions and will be reported to the Ministry of Health," Sheba stated.
