The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal against the demolition of the home of Muhammad Jaradat, one of the terrorists who murdered Yehuda Dimentman in Homesh.
The Supreme Court ruled that the home of the terrorist involved in the planning and murder of Dimentman should indeed be destroyed; furthermore, the Court stressed that the entire building should be destroyed, and not just a single floor.
