Following the decline in COVID-19 morbidity, the director of the Galilee Medical Center, Prof. Masad Barhoum, ordered the closure of one of the wards, which, after disinfection work, will return to function as an internal department. Eight patients who were hospitalized in the ward were transferred to another COVID-19 ward.

In the three COVID-19 wards, 68 patients are hospitalized, of whom 39 are in serious condition, including ten on respirators, ten in moderate condition and 19 in mild condition.
