Rabbi Meir Zvi Stumbler, Chairman of the Council of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Ukraine, spoke in an interview with Galei Tzahal on the situation in the country against the backdrop of tensions with Russia.
"The situation here is better than it seems, but we are stockpiling food and generators. President Zelensky has defined the day on which the invasion may take place as a day of national unity. We, too, will offer special prayers in all Jewish schools and synagogues," said Rabbi Stumbler.
