The person killed in the explosion that took place on Yitzhak Ben Zvi Street in the city of Ashkelon is the right hand man of Shalom Domrani and one of the senior members of his organization.In 2013 he survived an assassination attempt.
Two other men, aged 26 and 31, were seriously injured and evacuated to Barzilai Hospital.Police have opened an investigation into the incident.
