Atty. Moshe Polsky, who represents the boys who will be prosecuted in the Ahuvia Sandak case, attacked the decision to prosecute them in an interview with Galei Tzahal.
"This is an attempt to justify closing the case against the police officers who hit the boys' vehicle. The decision is very puzzling - if there was evidence that they threw stones, why has the prosecution waited until now? They may be trying to stop the protest," Polsky said.
