MK Gilad Kariv has expressed his support of the sentiments expressed by the British Board of Deputies, telling MK Smotrich, on a visit to England, to "go home in disgrace."
"There's nothing here to get all worked up about when diaspora Jewry answers Smotrich in his own language," Kariv said. "This person traveled to Britain in order to deepen the rifts and tensions between the various streams and communities. I'm glad this representative organization of British Jewry has cast off its typical British reserve in favor of Israeli chutzpa."
