According to Kan News reporter Zev Kam, Defense Minister Benny Gantz has been presented with a number of options for resolving the questions of what to do with the communities of Evyatar and Homesh.
One option is to evacuate the Homesh yeshiva to Evyatar, whose status will be regularized. Another includes naming the evacuated yeshiva after Yehuda Dimentman, who was murdered on his way home from a day's learning in the Homesh yeshiva.
Gantz is reportedly open to the idea of transferring the yeshiva and naming it after Dimentman.
