Public Security Minister Omer Barlev met Wednesday with US Ambassador to Israel Tom Nides.
"I was very happy to meet him," Barlev said. "He told me that his first three months in the job felt like a year, so I told him to imagine how 8 months in my job felt. We talked about Israel's security being at the forefront of our minds - but many times, security begins with peace."
