Border Police and other law enforcement agencies evacuated horse farms and accommodation, consumer and recreational establishments established in violation of the law in agricultural areas belonging partly to Kibbutz Tel Yitzhak and partly to the state.
The suspect in the act took over 36 dunams. The evacuation ended successfully without any unexpected incidents and an investigation was opened in the Border Police unit in the center of the country.
