Justice Minister Gideon Saar today published draft regulations, according to which the offenses of self-use of cannabis will become administrative offenses, without the creation of a criminal record or prosecution.
As with most administrative offenses, the penalty of cannabis offenses for personal use will be in the payment of a fine, and not by way of a criminal indictment.
