The Central District Attorney's Office today filed an indictment against a worker for abusing helpless people in the shelter by a person of authority and indecent acts committed by a person of authority, which he committed as part of his work as a caregiver at the Kfar Bnei Zion shelter in Rosh HaAyin.
The indictment recounts hundreds of cases in which the defendant abused, on a daily basis, about 17 people with disabilities and special needs who were entrusted in the care of the shelter.
