Minister Issawi Frej, who was hospitalized earlier today after suffering a stroke, is reportedly conscious, according to his spokesman, who was contacted by Israel National News.
"This was a mild stroke," the spokesman said. "The minister is able to talk and is fully conscious. Naturally, in such cases there is always the concern that things could deteriorate which is why he has been admitted for observation and monitoring, in the neurological ICU."
