Speaking at a conference organized by the Besheva magazine, MK Amichai Chikli related something of the nature of his relationship with Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.
"I don't speak to the prime minister very often," Chikli said. "Bennett and I were never especially close. But we knew each other reasonably well and I believed in what he said.
"As it turned out," he added, "Bennett himself didn't believe in what he was saying. He betrayed me on a personal level."
