The police are under investigation upon receiving a report from Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera for a one-year-old baby who suffered an injury and swelling in his face.
As the investigation progressed, suspicion arose that the baby's relative caused him to fall as a result and the baby's face was damaged.
The suspect, a 20-year-old resident of Kafr Qara, was arrested for questioning. Last night the suspect was released on restrictive conditions in court.
