A 76-year-old man was removed from the Givat Ronen area for 15 days after he was arrested for questioning on Tuesday on suspicion of assaulting an IDF soldier who was part of a task force that worked at the scene in order to maintain order and prevent riots and violent incidents.
The police also stated that during the operation at the scene, the suspect attacked the soldier and immediately after his arrest, he was questioned by the Ariel police on suspicion of assault and was released under restrictive conditions while being removed from the area where the attack took place.
