Scooter thief caught red handed by a police officer on his way to work

On his way to work, a patrol officer on Route 5 spotted a scooter which raised his suspicions.

The policeman continued to drive after him and at the same time carried out a quick inspection of the scooter, and contacted the owner of the scooter who reported that the scooter had recently been stolen from the parking lot of his house in the center of the country.

The policeman managed to arrest the suspect along with the scooter and ordered additional forces to assist. The suspect, a resident of Qalqilya, was arrested for questioning and the owner of the scooter was sent to file a complaint, later coming to get the scooter back.
