The United States' chief of staff, General Mark Milley, said in closed briefings at the US Congress that Kyiv could fall within 72 hours of the start of a Russian offensive, congressional sources told Fox News.
According to the report, Milley said that a Russian attack would come at a price- 4,000 Russian soldiers and 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers will die in battle.
