Public Security Minister Omer Barlev commented on the incident in which a young woman committed suicide after being told off by a police call center operator.
"In memory of T., the young woman from Be'er Sheva, I will work to ensure that things will look and be done differently. The days where only the officer at the end of the chain of command is responsible are over. A commander under whose supervision these sort of things happen will be held responsible himself."
