Supreme Court mandates third-party liability insurance on rental cars

The Supreme Court has fully adopted the Attorney General's position that car rental companies have a duty to purchase third-party liability insurance on their vehicles "So as to prevent a situation in which the party at fault is left with no real ability to repay the damages caused."
