US President Joe Biden delivered a speech to the American nation following the death of ISIS leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi during a US raid on the Idlib province in Syria.
Biden said that "in a cowardly move, the ISIS leader chose to blow himself and his family - just like his predecessor."
