The Ministry of Finance has signed a deal with the Civil Servant's Union regarding administrative and economic employees in government hospitals, the headquarters of the Ministry of Health, and the Ichilov and Bnai Zion hospitals. The agreement, which will be valid until 1.1.2025, will apply to more than 15,000 employees. The agreement provides for a range of bonuses and pay raises for the workers.
