Binyamin Council warns about lawlessness in Jerusalem envelope

In an urgent letter before a petition to the Security Court, the Binyamin Council warns of a security danger and the abandonment of thousands of families in the area. Council Chairman Israel Gantz says: "Responsibility must return to the IDF."
