Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis, from public health services, said in a discussion in the Knesset health committee that "so far no recurrence of infections has occurred with the Omicron and the new strain."
She added that "In Israel, there are 297 cases of the new BA.2 variant, of which 12 have recovered and none are those who had Omicron."
