Senior MDA officials have been trying in recent days to put pressure on the Knesset to persuade opposition MKs not to support MK Moshe Gafni's bill to unite medical emergency centers.
According to MDA, the bill severely damages the organization.
The proposal will be put to a vote today and is also supported by members of the coalition.
