Spots suspected of being oil spills were discovered about 20 km off the coast of Netanya on Tuesday.
After a satellite monitoring system alerted of the spots, the Ministry of Defense conducted a reconnaissance flight and discovered the spots. The Ministry of Environmental Protection conducted a situation assessment.
