Russian President Vladimir Putin has broken his almost month-long silence at a press conference alongside the Prime Minister of Hungary, Victor Orban.
"The United States and NATO are ignoring our concerns," Putin said. "They are insisting that every country has the right to determine the manner in which it guarantees its national security."
