Defense Minister Benny Gantz addressed the state's response to the High Court at the faction's meeting regarding the yeshiva in Homesh.
"The Homesh Yeshiva has been evacuated dozens of times over the years, on the one hand the yeshiva is in an illegal area, on the other hand murder has taken place there. We will have to act with sensitivity to the complexity of the issue," he said.
