President Isaac Herzog took off for the United Arab Emirates early Sunday morning.
"It's not every day that one has the privilege of making history. Flying now with my wife Michal for a historic visit in the United Arab Emirates, which symbolizes above all the promise of peace between nations. I thank Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed for this generous invitation," tweeted Herzog.
