MK Itamar Ben-Gvir (Religious Zionism) commented on the Attorney General's decision to close the case against the police officers involved in the death of Ahuvia Sandak.
"This is a black day for democracy in Israel. The attorney general is granting a license for the police to kill Hilltop Youth with only a few days left in his term of office, and driving a knife into the heart of the Sandak family who demand the matter be investigated.
MK Ben Gvir added: "Honesty, truth, and the pursuit of justice are absent from the system, which criminally covers up the attempt to publish the truth and reduces public trust in the system."
