A person on rail tracks in the area of Kibbutz Shefayim was hit by a passing train. Rescue teams from the Israel Railways, police and MDA are on their way to the scene.
Under the direction of the police, the section of track between Netanya and Herzliya stations was closed and shuttle busses were ordered to these stations. Train schedules have been adjusted accordingly. Delays are expected.
