Har Hevron Regional Council is preparing for snow that is supposed to reach the mountain in the afternoon and may pile up to around 20 centimeters and maybe even more. After an assessment, it was decided that studies today at the council's educational institutions will end at 14:00.
At the request of the council, the electricity company has installed generators for places where a problem with electricity is expected.
Yochai Damari, head of the council: "We are preparing ahead of time for the cold days of snow throughout the council. We hope that everyone will get through the cold and snow safely and happily."
