Fear of floods near the coast, the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea

Weather forecast: Occasional rain accompanied by thunderstorms in the north of the country and on the coastal plain.

Snow will fall on Mount Hermon, the northern Golan Heights and the high peaks of the Galilee Mountains. In the afternoon, the rains will spread to the northern Negev and in the south of the country, local rain is expected. Strong winds will blow.

From the afternoon it will start to snow in the northern and central mountains including Jerusalem. There is a fear of flooding in the coastal cities and floods in the Judean Desert and Dead Sea streams.
