Water Authority: Leave hot water faucet slightly open to protect pipes

As an extreme cold front heads for Israel, the Water Authority has issued an advisory to residents of areas where temperatures are expected to drop below zero, to leave the hot water faucet slightly open in order to prevent burst pipes.
