The State Prosecution has filed a defamation lawsuit on behalf of Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis, head of Public Health Services, against Yosefa Barak-Tamir.
Alroy-Preis is demanding NIS 250,000 in compensation for "false and abusive" posts distributed by the defendant on social media in condemnation of Dr. Alroy-Preis, including her family members and even her infant son.
