Defense Minister Benny Gantz spoke with Germany's incoming defense minister, Christina Lambrecht, and congratulated her on taking office.
"Today I spoke with German Federal Minister of Defense Christine Lambrecht to congratulate her on her appointment. We reiterated the important collaboration between our defense establishments, militaries, and industries, as well as the unique bond between our countries." Gantz said. "We discussed regional challenges including the Iranian threat and its destabilizing behavior. We also discussed opportunities to support cooperation with regional partners. I look forward to working together with the Minister for the security and prosperity of both our nations."
