The state prosecutor's office filed an indictment in the Be'er Sheva Magistrate's Court against three defendants for riots and disturbances following the incident at the JNF tree planting in the Negev.
According to the indictment, the defendants threw stones at the police officers, and one of them attempted to block Route 25 with tires. The indictments attribute to the defendants, each according to his share, offenses of rioting, disturbing a police officer in aggravated circumstances, and reckless and negligent acts. The prosecution wants to detain them until the end of the proceedings against them.
