The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office filed indictments in the city district court against 15 defendants, residents of Tel Aviv, Beit Shemesh, Eilat, Ashdod, Shuafat, the Negev, Lod and Jerusalem, for drug offenses, which were revealed through an undercover police agent.
The indictments attribute to the defendants (each according to his part) committing offenses of trafficking in a dangerous drug, possession of drugs not for personal consumption, attempting to trade in a dangerous drug and conspiracy to commit a crime. The prosecution is asking the court to order the detention of the defendants until the end of the legal proceedings against them.
