Prime Minister Naftali Bennett made a joint declaration with the Ministers of Health and Education, announcing a "Test and Learn" plan. "Each and every student from birth to eighteen years of age will be tested twice a week at home, and if negative, will return to school normally. We have sent to each and every student three testing kits and will send more. We will prevail with minimal damage to the economy and to human life."
