Prof. Jonathan Halevy, Chairman of the Public Committee for the Expansion of the Healthcare Services Basket, commented in an interview on Reshet Bet radio about the drugs that were added to the basket this year.
"40% of the basket budget goes to cancer treatment. We added 250 million shekels in drugs and oncology treatments. We added treatments and drugs to improve the lives of diabetics," Halevy said.
