Prof. Eran Segal: Probably a million and a half infected with Omicron

In an interview on Radio 103FM, Prof. Eran Segal of the Weizmann Institute of Science referred to the spread of Omicron.

"Probably a million, a million and a half, have already been infected, just during the Omicron wave. It is estimated that this week we will reach a peak and then we will see a decline. It is estimated that we will not reach a peak of 1,200 patients in the hospitals," Segal said.
