Compromise reached: planting to halt, parties to convene and negotiate

Meir Cohen, the minister in charge of regulating the Bedouins, reached a compromise: the tractors will leave the area later in the day, the plantings will be suspended in the Negev, the parties will convene for accelerated negotiations for regulation.
