Education Minister Yifat Shasha-Biton asked during Tuesday evening’s Coronavirus Cabinet discussion to return the “green classroom” model.
According to a report in Channel 12 News, the director general of the Ministry of Health, Prof. Nachman Ash, responded to the Minister of Education and said, "We think it is very problematic to operate a green classroom model, it will lead to a lot of infections. There will be more verified cases and there will be more people at home, it will lead to the opposite result."
