During a police operation on Route 60 near Kochav Yaakov Square, the police stopped a vehicle with a trailer with a scooter on it, which raised their suspicions.
An inspection found that the suspected scooter was stolen.
The suspect, a Palestinian resident from Samaria, was arrested for questioning.
