Member of Knesset Waleed Taha (The United Arab List) addressed the Knesset in a speech on the Electricity Law in Arabic.
MK Katie Shitrit shouted at him, "We do not understand." MK Taha responded to her "You also do not understand the needs of Arab society." Shitrit left the hall.
